The 12 Commandments for Mutts & Mates

1) All dogs must be kept under your control at all times. One dog per adult unless special permission is given.

2) If you are not sure whether your dog is “dog aggressive”; please have the dog evaluated by our behaviorist on staff or an independent dog behaviorist.

3) All dogs must be healthy and have an updated vaccination or shot record, this includes the bordatella shot. “rabies tags” must be displayed on your dogs collar.

4) No dogs allowed under the age of 6 months.

5) All dogs must be spayed or neutered.

6) All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. This is the legal length according to the leash law. No retractable leashes please.

7) No harnesses unless you have total control of your dog.

8)  No children under the age of 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

9) All dogs must know basic commands. Training will be available upon request.

10) No food or treats or toys please.  This could lead to “food aggression” or “possessive aggression”.

11) Please bring water for your dog and plastic bags to clean up after your pet.

12) Bring a good attitude and have a barkin’ good time!
